Why locals love it

The Peurasuvanto's Bird Watching Tower has a delightfully view of Kitinen, in Sodankylä. Although the tower is hidden by the forest, it has an amazingly spacious view of the river. The only clearly visible sign pointing to the bird tower is the P-stop and information board aside of the road. Tower lies a few hundred meters walk from the P-stop.
