This location is out of the old town, yet not too far away. 99% of the guests are locals and the owner is also the chef. The food is amazing, the choice of daily specials for lunch is vast. Great ambiance for dinner too. The name is clever "Đir" is an old Dalmatian slang term which can be roughly translated as "passion".
Very clean, excellent service, the staff is top-notch. Excellent selection of Dalmatian wines and delicious food. I would recommend anything you prefer from the daily menu for lunch. For dinner, I would suggest beefsteak with truffle sauce. They have plenty of fish and vegetarian options too.
The home made bread goes well with every meal, ask your waiter for our renowned olive oil, dip the bread in it and enjoy this surprising delight.
