"Moo..." - yes, you are not mistaken, it is a cow calling you from the USSR countryside while you stroll down the Nevskiy Prospekt. A couple of stairs down you'll find a very cozy place, which feels like summer spent at a Soviet country house. My friends and I go there to enjoy slow pace of time and share a conversation.

The place makes you feel at home and a little bit nostalgic, even if you have not lived in the Soviet Union. The food is delicious, made Grandma-style. There are plenty of everyday life items, home-made preserves on the shelves. Have some meat from the smokehouse or go for a tea pot with "sushki", Russian crunchy dry pastries.
You can play dominoes with your friends, if it's not on the table, ask the waiter for it.
