Why locals love it

Frankly saying I don't know if locals actually adore it or not, it's just that majority of locals have to 'participate' in a boat excursion AT LEAST a couple times each year when they get a visit from a friend from another place, because it's the best, easiest and quickest way to introduce the city to a person and vice versa! :)
