Nice and budget drinking/dancing spot which works even then others are closed. Do try the elderberry/vodka shot - Gennady, it's superb! They also have a fair bit of food here - sandwiches/salads to survive.
Also try maybe the best cider in the city! You will not find the same one 'cause they have their own recipe with the notes of lime.

If somebody asks what is the best place to hang out with friends on Friday evening, that is likely to turn into night - I will definitely recommend Parusa. Event better for tourists because the view is miraculous - Peter & Paul fortress, Cathedrals and rooftops. On Fridays & Saturdays, there is always a party, so better book well in advance.

You will like this place: super cheap coctails (less then 2,5 euros), kicker, Pulp and Depeche Mode coming from the speakers, foreign youth around. The wildest dances are beginning about 12 p.m. Ask bartenders if they have a special offer on drinks. (for example you can get orange-vodka long for 2 euros only).
