Your pre-booked ticket with the timed entry will be delivered to you by one of our company representatives, who will also assist you with entry to the Museum.

You may choose an admission time, but this cannot be guaranteed. However, we’ll try to find a time that’s as close as possible to the time of your choice.

Your concierge will walk with you to one of the entrances, explain the rules of the Museum, give directions, and help you obtain an audio guide/maps if requested.

You can stay in the Museum as long as it’s open and explore the collections at your own pace.

Please note that this tour does not include the General Staff Building with the Impressionists, however it's possible to add it to the itinerary on request.
