Hi All, I'm coming to Stockholm next week. Never been before and interested in exploring the city and nature areas. Like running, camping. I'm a gay guy so looking for a fellow gay/gay friendly guide. Thank you.

I'm afraid I don't have any friends in the gay community, but I have been to a gay bar in Gamla Stan (old town) http://www.secretgardensthlm.se/
My impression is that there were a few gay bars on that corner, but it isn't entirely clear from Google.
Below Gamla Stan is Södermalm, the hipster area. Most people go there to drink, but there should also be some stores with supportive rainbow flags.
In my opinion, Stockholm is the most beautiful city in the world. Hope you love it as much as I do.
