Locals don’t visit Restaurant Carmen for her design, music or clientele. Hell, they don’t even come for her food. Instead, she tempts style-weary souls from all over the city with her no-fuss attitude and friendly prices.
Why you should visit it
While this place is by no means the classiest pub in the city, it’s certainly one of the cheapest. With plenty of seating and no disturbing music, it attracts a mixed crowd of students, groups of old high school friends, Couchsurfers and Södermalm locals.

Each week they have a bottled beer special. It’s worth taking advantage of if you have a bit of extra cash to splurge!
