Renowned chef Mathias Dahlgren opened Rutabaga in 2017 with the goal to serve vegetarian food to people who usually don’t like vegetarian food. Using fresh produce from local farms and his culinary expertise, he has created the next generation of lacto-ovo-vegetarian cuisine.
