Trained in the fine art of gelato making in Southern Italy, Nicole Emson (aka StikkiNikki) delights in-the-know locals with her mixed bag of luscious flavours. Among the more traditional choices you’ll find Swedish-inspired scoops such as cinnamon and apple, salted liquorice and lemon and cardamom.
