Stockholm Must-Sees is one of our most popular tours. In 2.5 hours we’ll visit both the Old Town and the Vasa Museum. Joining this tour allows you to skip the line at the Vasa Museum – an added bonus!
As we explore the Old Town, you’ll find out how and why the Nobel Prize came about, where the Royal Family actually lives, what we used to do with our garbage, how narrow the narrowest alley in Stockholm is, how many people live in the Old Town and what the cost of living there is.
Afterwards, we’ll jump on a ferry and head to the island of Djurgården. As we cruise along the water, you’ll come to understand why Stockholm is sometimes called the Venice of the North.
Arriving at the Vasa Museum, you should be prepared for a true WOW experience! Together we’ll discover how a ship that spent 333 years at the bottom of the sea can be so well preserved, how many people died when the ship sank, who was punished for this failure and how it was salvaged. Once we finish our tour of the museum, you’re welcome to stick around and check out the exhibitions.
