Our tour guide George was full of information and interesting facts. It was a great tour to do on my first day in Stockholm as a solo traveler to situate myself and learn a bit about the city's interesting history. Definitely recommend doing this.

Dare to time travel to an age when lords and ladies rode their horses through the narrow, cobbled streets, shopkeepers shouted out the daily deals from their doorways and animals hopped from rooftop to rooftop (well, only in the beginning perhaps!). Entering into the Old Town is like stepping back in time and having the city’s living history unfold around you.

In our very personal opinion, the Old Town of Stockholm is the ideal place to start your visit to this beautiful capital, especially if you want to get to know the Swedes (we’re not only Vikings you know!) and a bit about the city's long, fascinating history. If you’re looking for a short and sweet introduction to the historical centre of Stockholm, this tour is the perfect walking tour for you.

We begin at the exceptionally photogenic main square, Stortorget, in the heart of the Old Town (trust us, get your cameras ready!). At the Royal Palace, we will give you insight into how a gym owner and a reality tv-star became real-life royalty. While sampling a piece of a traditional candy cane, you will experience the result of the Swedes’ creative innovation skills.

Now your Stockholm Old Town Walk is complete - what a treat!

My husband & I enjoyed our walking tour of the Old Town with Katrina, it was a relaxed pace yet we still covered all the significant sites. Her knowledge of the area's history was excellent and we loved her enthusiasm in sharing her knowledge with us!
We enjoyed the Old Town Walk very much. Katrina did a very good job and it was easy to follow her stories.
We went on the old town tour with our guide Katrina. The tour was very well planned, and had the perfect balance of wonderful sites, great history, and simply fun stories. We learned and saw so much during this 1.5 hour tour that my wife and I went back the next day to retrace some of the places we visited during the tour. It was evident that Katrina really enjoys giving this tour, and we would call this one of our highlights during our 4 day visit to Stockholm. We'd definitely recommend this tour and Katrina to anyone visiting this wonderful city.

George was awesome!
We had a fantastic tour of Gamla Stan and many interesting facts were shared. Our tour guide was very personable, energetic, and knew the answers to everyone's questions. He also did a great job shooing away those not on our tour but who were trying to get in on some free tidbits! We loved the ferry over to the Vasa and learning more about the ship and its misfortunes. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Stockholm!
Katrina was very charming, informative and friendly! We had a great time on this tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Segway tour with our guide Elin. She was informative, funny and took us on a very interesting route giving out lots of fascinating local knowledge along the way.
Thoroughly recommended.
