Why locals love it
First writtings about the place where established around 1370, it is the symbol of the small town of Suceava, old Moldavian Capital city, full of history. The "Cetatea de Scaun a Sucevei" castle was very hard to conquer, it was captured only after the lords sold their ruler out to Baiazid the Great, the king of the Otoman Empire.
Why you should visit it
If you are interested in history, want to see an old castle, and a beautiful sightseeing over the city. Partialy restaured, the local authorithies made it a special place, adding some multimedia info projectors in most of the castle rooms.
