The little drummer boy draws people from all walks of life, luring them into his den of Spanish delights and red light nights. His rum-pa-pum-pum is rich and full of smokey flavour, without overpowering you or sucking your wallet dry. And there's no sign he's slowing down; some say his cocktails are infused with nectar from the fountain of youth.

Why you should visit it
He's got tonnes of laid-back machismo, like a loveable felon who just got out of jail for grievous bodily charm. Then there's the restaurant upstairs serving tapas, tapas and more tapas. It's scrumptious, and I'm sure that's what fuels the toy train set that choo-choos over the bar. Round n' round n' round it goes, where it will stop nobody knows.

Make sure you have jugs of sangria. Notice how I used the plural there?
