This ribbon of bush reserve that hugs the eastern harbour foreshore offers spectacular views that very few take the time to see. The walk can be reached by bus, but as it is relatively ignored by guidebooks, you can be pretty sure that weekdays you will have it almost all to yourself, at least in the middle of the day.
It's an easy 2km walk that looks out across the harbour and skirts around five tiny beaches all inviting you to dive in or stop and picnic on the sand. There are also plenty of multi-million dollar homes to admire along the way.
Continue walking around to Watson's Bay or if you are a fan of stately homes make a detour to Vaucluse House
