What do you like to do? Can recommend some beaches, nature stuff, walks, restaurants, nightlife? I have not been to featherdale but Taronga zoo is very nice setting by the harbour. I think featherdale is supposed to be good also

Alright thank you :)
Spend a day around Circular Quay, the beautiful Botanical Gardens, the Opera House, Museum of Modern Art, Museum of Sydney, walk around the Rocks (maybe a walking tour there)... all terrific places to visit. You can climb Sydney Harbour Bridge if youhave lots and lots of money. Or you can just walk across Sydney Harbour Bridge and admire the view for free. At the other end you can get a ferry back to Circular Quay. On another day go to Manly and walk around there and enjoy a meal somewhere overlooking the water. Sydney has fantastic walks all around the coastline with magnificent views - for example from Bondi to Tamerama or just about anywhere the views are wonderful and walking access mostly unimpeded. And... the food is great but expensive unless you go local... Make a point of going to Barangaroo and try do a tour there - learn about Indigenous dispossession and colonisation but also see the beautiful and moving places of recognition.

Sounds like a good plan? Is it costly as I am on budget!
Of all the things I mentioned only the Bridge Climb is very expensive - couple of hundred dollars! All others are free except for special exhibitions and you don't have to go to those, and the ferry ride ... Sydney is great at protecting public access to beautiful outdoor spaces.
Got it. Another question, I am planning to book the Mad Monkey Hostel, located at Darlinghurst Rd King Cross. Is it nearby to the ICC or Darling Harbor by foot ?
Hi
Yes Featherdale is definitely worth it and is included on most tours to the Blue Mountains.
Catch a ferry to Manly, ho to Bondi Beach, see the opera house and walk over the Harbour Bridge. Do a walking tour of the rocks

Hai, thank you for the reply! Can i know what is the walking tour of the rocks please?
Anywhere around Sydney Harbour and the Opera house is what Sydney is all about. Sydney beaches such as Manly or Bondi would be good. Take a ferry ride to Manly from Cicular Quay. If you want to see Australian animals the zoo has the all and you can also get there by ferry. Dont know much about Featherdale park though. It probably will be nice to see Koalas And kangeroos. Howeverthezoo has all of the native animals plusspectacularviews. The Rocks area is nice especially on the weekends as they have good marketsthereandisvery lively. Hope this helps.

It really helps. thank you :)
Mad Monkey in Darlinghurst Rd is 2.5km from Darling Harbour

Taronga is 20% Australian animals and not interactive
Featherdale is 99% Australian animals and very interactive. It’s also less expensive than Taronga

Hi Sivaranjini,

Sydney has 4 main areas of interest to me;
Eastern Suburbs (best properties and BONDI)
Inner West (best food, pubs, the Soho of Sydney)
Northern Beaches
Southern Beaches

Everything else is 1.5-2 hours drive but still nice;
Central Coast, Blue Mountains etc.

Let me know when you are hear, maybe I can find time to show you around.
