First, they hire amazing bartenders, my favorite is a shot mix a cup of tea, difficult to describe how it tastes, but it was mind blowing for me! Try it! Second, it located in a historical creative park. You will see locals sitting on the grass or under the trees, and enjoying their cocktails. It looks super chill and relax!

Who don't like cocktails? I think the beer-drinking culture is not consider very fancy in Taiwan. (Local beer, such as "台啤", is something you drink with a cheaper meal, like “100元快炒”) For people who like to celebrate Friday night, or chill with friends, they go to a bar and drink cocktails! You'll find young office ladies/guys and hipsters there!
