If you like pancakes, then you should definitely visit Amps (previously also known as Nõmmevärava Kebab & Pannkook). It offers the wide variety of pancakes - both salty ones accompanied with creamy sauce and sweet ones with for instance ice cream.
Why you should visit it
It's not usually crowded and pancakes are quite reasonably priced. It is situated a little bit far from the city centre, but is inside the shopping centre Järve - thus feel free to have a lunch there and then go to shopping. You can get there by buses 5 and 18 (alight from the bus at Risti stop).
