James is famous for being the man who brought a change to the Estonian beer scene. His reputation is high and trusted and he definitely knows the most about beers helping many top restaurants with selecting the best beers to complement their dishes. He is former brewer and has got even diploma in brewery and distilling. You can meet him in his own bar called very literally Pudel Baar – the Bottle Bar. He got a shop as well with impressively over than 200 beers and ciders.

Let's get one thing straight – the bar's name doesn't mean what you think it does. It means, perhaps somewhat disappointingly, “tender wolf”. But hey, the sign has a naked chick riding a wolf on it.
