Kompressor is Tallinn’s legendary pancake pub, an Old Town institution at Rataskaevu 3 just off Town Hall Square. The draw is simple: enormous plate-sized pancakes — 29 varieties, sweet and savoury, gluten-free options included — at prices that feel like a mistake in this part of town. One is a full meal; ordering two is a rookie error. Open daily 11:00–22:00, and it fills up fast at lunch, so come early or book a couple of days ahead.
