Why locals love it
Lounge 24 has arguably the best view in the city. In fact, we're thinking the only reason they built the Radisson Blu Hotel is so that they could put this lounge at the top of it. Although some may call it a flight of fancy, Lounge 24 is really quite special.
Why you should visit it
The selection of drinks is excellent so there's no need to run downstairs for a six pack. Oh and did we mention the open-air terrace? It's classy, so turning up in a torn T-shirt with a vicious hangover from last night's tour of the city's underbelly is probably in bad taste.

Here's a Tallinn tip for you – go to the Radisson Blu Hotel and enter the elevator. Go to the 24th floor. Thank us later.
