It's a zoo. Like, with animals and all that. It has... let's see here. Elephants, seals, buffaloes, tigers – yeah, pretty much all the usual suspects. They have birds. Lots of birds. They also have that fellow that goes “baa”, but is not a sheep. We don't know what it is.

For a really interesting experience we suggest you sign up for a tour of the tunnels at the Kiek in de Kök tower (yeah, we know it sounds dirty). Biologists would argue that Estonia is incredibly diverse with millions of different species of plants and trees covering most of the country, but we all know they take their jobs a bit too seriously - all the pine trees look the same to us. But if there's one place where their enthusiasm fits, it's got to be the Tallinn Botanical Garden.

A large portion of the population used to live in farms and homesteads until the Soviet annexation of the country in 1939. Get educated about it all here.

Tallinn has a lot of abandoned places and the local youth abide by the principle “if you can't fix it, you rock it!” If you ever pass on a party in this place, we're pretty sure some kind of a horrible, horrible fate awaits you. In a complex that looks like it's survived a nuclear apocalypse you can't help but dance like there's no tomorrow.
