Located in the House of Writers Pegasus is a legendary meeting point that has been run by several different owners, but now it looks like it's here to stay. High quality Estonian-inspired food for more than reasonable prices means that it's one of those few places frequented by locals in the old town.

Why you should visit it
Only a few steps from the Town Hall Square it has three floors of colourful retro interior that overlooks the St Nicholas church and a green area around it. In summer their terrace stretches along the pedestrian Harju street and makes a great summer lunch spot with wine and/or cocktails. It's five o'clock somewhere.
Special tip
They serve a nice range of local craft beers and the snack plate for two makes a great choice for getting a taste of local flavours.
