Why locals love it
A favourite of locals since 2003 as the most popular hookah place in Tallinn. In 2012 it started importing food from one of the hit kitchens - Boheem. Some locals don't like that the good old chillax place has turned into a half cafe, but at least you can have some decent food late at night instead of junk food.

Why you should visit it
You're looking for comfy sofas, good music and some nice flavours for the hookah. Popular likes parties too, and every now and then the vibe shoots from the mellow to the wild. They serve decent sweet and savoury pancakes, healthy salads, some soups and pastas.
Special tip
Decide what cocktail/shot you order when you have asked an Estonian to translate the menu for you! There's one for every mood.
