Depends on the location. Old town is usually overpriced but surrounding areas are minutes away and a lot cheaper and the prices have gone waaaaay down after tourism wen't down during the pandemic.
A nice hotel you'll easily get a double room for ~60 euros a night but there are smaller boutique like hotels for cheaper.
Mains in a good restaurant are usually between 12 - 20 euros
Beer is usually 3.50 - 5 euros, depends where you get one.

Bit cheaper than in FIN, SWE or NOR, but 2x as much as in POL, ESP, GER, HOL and 3x as much as in POR, ROM or BUL.
Food prices vary. But main course is usually 11-15 euros. Beer also varies from 2 euros to 5 depending on where you get it and what quality beer u are getting. I don't know about hotel though.. But 50-80 is usually a price for a fairly decent room. With 10 euros u could stay in a hostel.
For beer I recommend Põrgu.. A massive choice of beers with fairly sensible prices. For food one of the cheapest and best places is Kompressor where you get a massive pancake that is fulfilling for a whole day for 6 euros.
