My partner and I took the day trip to Naissaar Island in June 2017 while visiting Tallinn. We opted for the bike rental rather than the guided tour, so I can't comment on that tour.
The roads are excellent for mountain bikes, as long as you remember to be careful where there is loose sand. The hiking trails vary from easily cyclable, to not at all, so bear that in mind when choosing areas to explore. The western half of the "military" (red) trail, for instance, is NOT suitable for bikes, and would be most comfortable in hiking shoes.
The military installations dotted all around the island are fascinating, and quite well sign posted. If you enjoy military history, you don't want to miss them.
Most of the island is a nature reserve, and is very beautiful quiet - we didn't see a single other walker or biker on most of the paths.
Our package included lunch at a guest house in the south of the island - a simple, hearty meal with a very friendly hostess.
If you're not on the guided tour, and have had enough exploring, there is a bar/café just inland from the harbour where you can get refreshments with a view.

Description

Be the boss of your own adventure.
Spend an unforgettable day rediscovering the history
which was supposed to be forgotten forever.

The journey begins from the historical Seaplane Harbour of Tallinn from where you can
choose between 3 routes with hidden gems:
• A humble hiking trail (~6 km) to explore the history of the coastal people. You will visit
the scenic Hülkar tip, search for the ruins of the mysterious battery no. 4, and walk
back to the harbor through Männiku village where you can see the island’s life today, study the narrow gauge railway and visit its modest museum(*.
• A long hiking trail (~ 11 km) that runs from Männiku village along the coast up to
Naissaare Church and Cemetery. The trail passes through a magical forest and ends
up in a former top-secret Soviet military base.
• A hiking trail for cyclists (~13 km) through a primeval forest road that winds up at the
Naissaare lighthouse where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the island. It is highly
recommended to use a rental bike

Amazing! Wonderful Captain and Crew
Booked a surprise dinner for my husband's birthday, he truly enjoyed the experience and the warmth of the captain and his family.

The captain asked for him to come up and was really nice of him, he was thrilled beyond words!

Thank you for making it super special since he was working in Talinn and we were apart.

Keep the good work up, memories am sure he will cherish! Thank you so much

Lovely boat trip to discover Tallinn
Had an amazing time on this boat trip, you get beautiful views of the old town and other parts of Tallinn. The Seaplane Harbour where the tour starts and ends is also definitely worth a visit, there's an amazing maritime museum and a cool brewery.
