Located in the pleasant, family-friendly district of Kadriorg, Vesivärava Kohvik is a time-tested favorite of neighborhood locals. Some of the best pastries in the city are to be found here, baked lovingly by the hands of the two sweet older women overseeing the business.
Why you should visit it
Beyond pastries, the meals are done just like mom would make them. Nothing unique, but if you're in the mood for some feel-good comfort food, their daily fares are reasonable and fulfilling. The cafe is bright, with lots of windows and located close to Kadriorg Palace. It's the perfect stop for a snowy day, a cup of tea, and some people watching.

Try the kreemisai here, they are the best I've yet to find!
