Elektriteater

Why locals love it

Elektriteater screens mainly European and Estonian films of the more curious variety. One of the great things about this place is that they don’t sell popcorn, so you can quietly feast your eyes on the film without someone complementing the soundtrack with their constant munching and crunching.

Why you should visit it

While the screenings only take place from Monday to Wednesday, the genre range is quite broad. Expect to catch anything from a pulp-scented cult horror flick to a Cannes-winning drama. The bill is viewer-friendly and doesn't necessarily require you to hold a degree to enjoy the works presented.

Special tip

Being a great example of intelligent entertainment and all, they let you have a beer or two to go with your movie.
