If you ever ask an Estonian about their national dishes, you'll at first be met with an empty and confused stare. After some time they might come up with two things. One is black bread and the other is Kalev chocolate.

Chocolate, you might argue, is not really what you'd list under a cuisine. However, for the Estonians it is an integral part of their national identity and eating any other brand is an offence of the highest degree.
This embassy of fine taste should appeal to anyone with a sweet tooth and even the smallest sense of exclusivity.
