The name of this eco-friendly hostel means “creativity” and that’s just what you’ll get. Run by an artsy Estonian couple, this cozy bohemian nest is almost entirely decorated with reused items and all of the rooms are painted by different locals.
Looming is about 15 minutes walking from the city center, which might seem awfully long for a small town like Tartu, but the quiet surroundings and lovely district will definitely make up for it. They’ve got kindhearted staff, clean rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-room, free parking and WiFi.
As Looming is a part of Young Estonian Creativity Center, there’s always something cultural happening at the hostel.
