The Tallinn-based Cafe Pierre family is well known amongst the local chocolate fans, but their Tartu front has found itself a niche of its own. Housed in a spacious Baroque setting, they seek to (successfully) impress with a proper menu.

Why you should visit it
If you are one of those that have a sweet tooth, this is a must. It's a cosy meeting place and especially with those cold Estonian days you might wanna just cuddle up in the corner of a romantic cafe. Their hot chocolate drinks are to die for!
