Why locals love it
Often completely full, but absolutely fabulous, this place is the new must-visit in Tartu. Reasonably priced wine and some snacks might not sound too special, but it has definitely got that special Tartu vibe going on. And for us that just happens to include wine.
Why you should visit it
Vein ja Vine unites a wide range of intellectuals from students to professors. One's for sure, they've all got a distinct smart look in their eyes followed by some deep conversation. Or it could be the wine. Anyway it's worth going there just for their heart-warming service.
Special tip
If 11€ for a litre of delicious wine in a nice athmosphere isn't a good enough reason to visit, then I don't know what is...
