Nice location, fair prices, Slavic food. Sometimes it's good to have pelmeni or vareniki instead of khinkali, that's why there are always people there. Good both for having lunch or to invite someone for a date: the atmosphere suits almost to all daily occasions.

Why you should visit it
First of all, the food they offer in "Kalina" is really tasty and authentic, if you can say it about mixture of Ukrainian and Russian cuisine. Second, it's a very pleasant place in the means of decoration. It creates the atmosphere of an elegant summer house. Important: it's unlikely for Tbilisi, but there is a non-smoking area in "Kalina".
Special tip
Okroshka, bliny (pancakes) and vareniki are very tasty!
