nice bottle of white wine - GEL 35 - 55
nice bottle of red wine - GEL 50 - 100

Check out Numbeo.com for a good general cost of living breakdown!
I can say a taxi anyway in the city center should cost 3-5 lari (more if you are clearly a lost tourist), a bottle of mineral water about 80 tetri (cents), a normal dinner with house wine shouldn't be more than about 20 lari per person. The USD-GEL exchange rate is currently about 2.40 lari to 1 dollar.
