Why you should visit it
The Tiflis Veranda is located on the top floor of the posh Tiflis Palace hotel. It consists of two floors - the indoor lower one, which is rather suitable for a dinner and has live music and the upper one which is open air and is perfect for a warm summer night. The view is mesmerizing on both floors.

Their best specialty would be coffee and milk shakes, the food is rather average
