My stories and our time together

Description

Our trip starts at 10:00 on Rustaveli Avenue, near metro Rustaveli. Here I will tell you the story of the great Georgian writer. And you will see the place where the small shop - Dukani of Pirosmani was. Then we walk through Rustaveli Avenue, the main avenue of the city with a lot of important buildings, like theaters, opera, castle of Russian viceroy, Georgian parliament, Kashveti church etc. From me you will hear the story of every building here and also the story of how Niko became famous.

Then we are going to visit the National Gallery, where we can see some works of Niko Pirosmani, Davit Kakabadze and Lado Gudiashvili. We will continue our way and we get to the old city, where Niko used to live. We will walk through the old square Meidani, we will come up to the baths, the place where the beautiful story of our city begins. Then we pass through the small streets, visit Sioni and Anchiskhati basilica, the modern bridge of peace.

And in the end we will go to the flea market where you can see and buy the paintings of not famous modern painters. And maybe somewhere among them is new Niko Pirosmani.
