You'll begin by learning how to make traditional Khachapuri according to old recipes of families from the villages of the Ajara region. This cheese pie with an egg yolk center is well-known in Georgia and requires some secret techniques in order to cook it just right. You will also make delicious Khinkali which are dumplings that originated from the highlanders in the north of Georgia.
You'll then enjoy a traditional Georgian "supra" (feast) that will include local delicacies and homemade wine and Chacha.
Your friendly hosts will teach you Georgian toasts and songs, as well as entertain you with stories about their homeland and its inhabitants.
