Description

Learn to make an authentic Georgian meal in our home kitchen! This cooking class will teach you different techniques to make local dishes. You’ll then get to sit down at our dining table to enjoy a homecooked feast!

The cooking class menu varies according to seasonal availability but some of the options could include:

Khachapuri
Khinkali
Eggplant with walnuts
Mushrooms with cheese on ketsi
Mchadi
Tomato and cucumber salad with walnuts
Wine, Chacha and sweets

Vegetarian and vegan dishes can be included so please let us know if you have dietary requirements. If there are particular dishes you are interested in making, please include them in your booking request.
