City theater is the first performance and art complex built in Tehran and is where the international Fajr film and theater festival takes place annually. It contains several performance spaces including the halls of Charsou, Qashqai, Sayeh, and the main hall. So many art lovers gather at Sayeh cafe located in the basement of the building.

Why you should visit it
if you appreciate art, you can always find a play being performed here, both by local artists or foreigners. |It's located in the heart of the city and you have access to many other sights including Vahdat hall, Laleh park, Vali E Asr street, and many cafes and restaurants.
