Why locals love it
Vashi is a gorge and mountain pass in the Alborz range of Iran.Located 15 kilometers west of Firouzkouh, it is a narrow mountain pass in the Alborz range. The narrow gorge was created by a perennial stream which comes down from a series of waterfalls upstream. The view is indescribable.

Why you should visit it
There are ruins of a Qajar guard tower at the top of one of entrances to the gorge, the location is also highly popular among trekking and hiking fans. You have to walk through the very very cold water of river for like 30 minutes to get to the fields :)
Special tip
Have an extra pair of pants because you're gonna get wet!
