I think it's the most famous Hummus in Israel (top 5 for sure). This hummus restaurant is well known for years, the hummus has a rich flavor and a spicy aftertaste. The most famous dish there is the "Msabacha" which is cooked chickpeas with lots of tahini, spices and hummus cream. Delicious.

Every tourist who comes to Israel wants to taste an authentic Arabic hummus. If you ask me, I think it's the right place to have a proper hummus meal. On the same street there are two restaurants of Abu-Hassan, they are both the same more or less. *vegan friendly
Hummus is great brunch so come early before it gets busy. At the moment they finish the hummus they close the restaurant till the next day!
