First of all, Sabich is a local dish which includes fried eggplants, boiled egg, hummus, salad and some other good stuff inside a pita. Some of you would say it sounds like a plain dish, but, some places around the country have succeeded to turn this dish into an art, trust me (: The owner is well-known for his colorful characteristics.

Sabich is one dishes that is most identified with the Israeli cuisine. The dish has started Israel by the Israelis that moved here from Iraq in the 40's and the 50's, and the dish has been transformed to what as known as Sabich. If u would like to try something super local and tasty, jump to Givataim city, "the smaller deprived neighbor of TLV".
Don't shy to ask for assistant from one of the locals, the owner uses a special vocabulary that even some Israelis are entangled with it at first.
