This is my favorite museum in Tel Aviv that I always visit out of the blue when strolling in the area. The museum has two buildings – the old one contains impressive collection of old masterpieces as well as contemporary and modern art; the new building, created by brilliant Preston Scott Cohen architect, is a home for Israeli art and design.

The museum complex itself is a piece of art – enjoy its innovative design and the collections presented. The temporary exhibitions are frequently changed and well selected. If you are lucky, you can join a special event or a guided tour.
Don't miss out on the museum's gardens and a brunch in the chic restaurant "Pastel" that is located in the Herta and Paul Amir Building.
