I have always been an apathetic cook. It never seemed worth the mess. Then I moved to Israel and met Aliya. At first I was only willing to try all her delicious food, but slowly I started to want to be able to make it for myself. Now with her coaching I actually enjoy shopping the Shuk and experimenting in the kitchen. This past week she taught me how to make eggplant parmesan. No cheating with Aliya I had to learn how to make the sauce from scratch!

Aliya is an incredible chef! Her cooking is not only delicious, but it spans various cultures and cuisines. She graciously catered a meal for the Israel National Lacrosse team, and it was truly amazing. I still dream about her stuffed grape leaves!
Aliya is absolutely amazing! I took one of her classes to learn how to make traditional Tibetan Momos, with an Israeli twist. She was patient and informative, explaining to our group each of the different spices and ingredients we'd purchased from the Shuk (market). Her home is so welcoming and gave me a great peep into Florentine living. Thank you for such a fun cooking experience! I'll definitely be making these back home! 10/10 would recommend!
