A church dedicated to the patron saint of the city. Old, historic and mystic. Underneath lies the Crypt where the patron saint was kept a prisoner. Although the church has gutted by fires a number of times throughout the years, its shape and form are impressive to say the least. The church is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Why you should visit it
One should spend many hours if not days analyzing the history of this church but since thats impossible for the most of us, a short visit is recommended in order to familiarize yourself with the history of the city.
