First time in Thessaloniki. Just wondering with the current restrictions...What places are closed or opened this week. And should we make reservations? Thanks!

Hi, there is a fantastic seafood restaurant (but they also serve meat and vegan plates) called Maiami. Its not in the city's center but is by the the sea! It worths a visit! The recipes are great, and the seaview is beautiful!

Thanks Maria! I also noted your reviews and recommendations on this app. Any of those closed that you know of? Looking forward to experiencing your hometown!
Hi Thessaloniki is the most amazing place to holiday or explore. Most places are open. We eat pizza always at Attava's on olympou street near Hotel Olympia. Excellent taste and the chef is adorable. Mention his favourite family from the UK. We visit every year and were there last Monday . Also across the street is the infamous soup and stew restaurant. Sit outside and feast on chicken lenon soup or chicken or meat stew, stuffed peppers or cougettes. Adorable authentic flavours and the staff are great too! For another great restaurant with a fantastic view is Balconette on the promenade... excellent choice of menu and sit and watch the world go by. Eat upstairs! Eat icecream in Paislor facing Aristotelous square and Electra Palace. Also ride on the LIME scooters. Practice in Aristotelous square before riding along the prom. Hope this helps 😍🛴🙏😋❤

Thanks Elaine... Sounds Fantastic!
Great suggestions! However, I suggest bombolo for ice cream is the best place for ice cream in town!

Currently there are closing restrictions at 00:00 at night and how many people get in a place and the table distances! I will recommend sempriko is one of my favorite restaurants! No need for reservation most of the time, you maybe need to wait few minutes in rush hours!

Thanks Georgia!
You can go to Extravaganza (JWQR+M5 Thessaloniki). It's a wonderful little restaurant not very well known, but has astonishingly good food, and the prices are fair for the dishes.
