I am planing to visit Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima) in first half of March. I know that trip is still far away but I would like to know if anyone recently traveled to Japan? It is save because of situation with coronaviruse?

Hi Nina, there are many international tourists in Tokyo currently. Nobody knows what will happen regarding coronaviruse from now on. I think it is comparatively safe in local areas such as Tohoku and Chugoku area.

I live in Tokyo and am afraid of coronaviruse. You can see Chinese tourists with a flu mask especially, around major stations, such as Tokyo, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Shinagawa and Akihabara. Take care.
