One of the most valuable examples of Baroque architecture in the city centre. It is composed by two different bodies. The side on Carignano square has a winding aspect with their exposed bricks; the other side, overlooking Carlo Alberto square, is an eclectic front that reminds an elaborate and enormous cake.

This building is as much fascinating from outside and from inside with its wonderful decorations. Here is located the National Museum of Risorgimento (historic period that led to the unification of Italy).
