This little restaurant (piola is Piedmontese for "little traditional restaurant / cafè) is always crowded and it's usual to sit elbow-by-elbow next to another table. We love it because it's the cheapest in town! But with typical, simple dishes of our region (as "tomini al verde"). There are starters for 4€, pasta dishes for 5€ and mains for 6/7€.

It is in the antique core of the city, the "quadrilatero", where there are nice little craft shops and bars to hang out at night. At lunch or dinner, it's near the main attractions in the center. Plus if it's a nice day you can sit outside in this nice little square with a view on the Duomo.
Ask a "San Simone" (liquor) after you coffee if you want to finish your meal in a very "Torino" way.
