Hågadalen with the Håga creek is an open valley stretching from Hågahögen up north to lake Ekoln in the south. Nåsten forest has trekking, biking and skiing paths of varying severity suiting everyone.

Why you should visit it
Explore the abundant Bronze Age monuments: the Royal Mound Kung Björns hög, the hillfort Predikstolen and stone circles. Hike the valley and the forest. Bring something to eat and have a picnic in one of the scenic places. You can even do rock climbing!
